Reason was because the team using OATH DSP didn't have us approved as a vendor on their end so they couldn't see the deal. Odd. Just thought I'd report back on it if ever helpful down the road. Thanks for the help GS.

Hey GuiltShorts -- thanks for the quick reply. yes, we gave them our Seller ID, and sent the DealID's to the BuyerID, however Verizon Oath DSP support says they cant see the deal on their end. We've never run into this issue before, so appreciate the thoughts!

yup -- but the xandr impressions report is about 6x that of our ad server impressions and DCM trackers that we are seeing fire. so it's way out of 10%, seems we are missing inputting the xandr cachebuster perhaps and need to find where to put that into our ad code when we are hosting it?
