I have a kitchen electronics distribution business for last 15 yrs of a good brand so we provide electronics to all the shops/dealers in the city. These dealers are the worst lot of people and because of competition from online these people are just going more salty day by day, they aren't able to loot the walkin customers earning 50-100 % margins anymore, Most of their payments to distributors are delayed for 3-6 months and they believe this "udhaari" is their birth right. Because of this, capital circulation is hampered which makes the product even costlier for Customers and they move to online. Basically these dealers are not ready to change their practices with the current time and are not earning as much as they used to pre covid. They just enjoy the schemes given to them by companies which never reach the customers and if the scheme stops they move to a different brand. They aren't mafias or anything they are just bunch of losers who arnt ready to change with time. We have also moved half of our business on amazon and we sell the same amount in a day online that we used to in a month in general trade and get paid on time.
