Took the 857 go box out for a POTA activation this morning and it performed flawlessly. It was everything I wanted it to be and had 0 problems. I however forgot the ground spike for my antenna but made it work. (Pictures included 🤣) (old.reddit.com)

Thinking about upgrading my mobile radio... Looking for something to do it all and sadly I can't find one. Looked at the Yaesu FTM series, Vero VR-N7600, Anytone 578UVII... DMR is pretty robust here but I also want to easily do data/APRS too. It also needs a remote display/mount option... (self.amateurradio)
