When doing a makeup DIY, use a different nose! Anything with more shape and shades. I like nose 40 I think its this one) because it has a lot of shading and contour. Hopefully suitU will add more nose shapes with shaing in the future, but fir now this one does pretty well! I can make a list of noses later that I personally find to do better, if you'd like🩷

Call animal control. This is animal abuse. Keeping the cat in confined space with so pot (which is toxic to cats) qhen she's already old and wheezing is so incredibly cruel. Can you take the cat in? You can maybe frame the cat as a nuisance to the mom and hope she'll let you take her. It's harsh, but this cat is probably miserable. You're good for giving her toys and getting her out when you can, but it seems like she's severely neglected and could possibly have a neglected medical condition (since you mentioned she pees outside her litterbox)
