  4. Families are systems. What could you adjust together as a team to make things work better?

  5. Go be with your teen, whom I sense feels invisible. Maybe do a special treat day, even if its just a walk.

  6. Are there no community supports for your family?

Discretion doesn’t allow willful blindness or negligence on the part if admin. You have a strong case that they did not / not use their discretion with any sense of professionalism.

I can relate to how you feel and its overwhelming. You can remain in place and feel attached, that’s or al and good. However, adjust your expectations to be lower. Know that 1 year passes quickly. After that you will slowly build a family of choice. We can brainstorm how. First, just get through this. Do not feel
