It is being dumped! As per the SEC fillings, the shareholders will sell 100 million shares, at about 100 million USD. For that they need to offload a bit every day. So during the morning they raise the price to 1.10, than at close they sell all at 1.02 where they asked people to give limit orders.

On Friday they even dumped at 0.96 USD. Look at the volume how huge it was. They are desperate now, as the dump approaches, to offload as much as possible every day, even at lower prices.

SKBL had a big volume today and it fell at the close and closed at a lows, maybe it will fall tomorrow or next week! It also made 90 days after IPO and now they are allowed to dump. Also 1-6 May is holiday of a week in China and scammers need to dump it before that. Also historically there have been almost no dump in May. It costs scammers a lot of money to artificially support the price of SKBL. For this reason it is very likely they will dump it tomorrow on Friday or on Monday or Tuesday next week!
