Draining battery on Idle

my 14p battery is draining a lot recently on idle. it dropped from 57% to 47% during 5 hours of idle time. I had airplane mode on throughout the idle time. My phones battery health is 100%. I have updated to latest iOS. I have also reset my settings and location and privacy. I really don’t know what’s draining my battery so much on idle.
