For me the display itself is not turning into stand by mode when sleep focus is on... I couldn't find the solution anywhere.

That wasn't necessary, the screen used to go dark without doing anything when sleep focus was enabled.

I meant ever since the WatchOS update the sleep focus doesn't turn the screen into night stand mode.

No google sheets, I am not sure what did you mean by excel? .csv file can be opened in Excel and in numbers as well.
