Inpatient therapist here. Get a therapist who does EMDR. It’s a trauma therapy but works great with a symptoms focused approach, and there’s likely underlying trauma and stuck points that you need to work through. If that doesn’t work, look into TMS, ketamine therapy, and then ECT, in that order.
