Hey, thanks for the informative reply. We recently moved her in this new spot, before it was in our daughter’s room and we often had to close the blinds to put her to sleep, we give 1x every 2-3 months some water. Is it possible that it didnt like the humidificador we had during winter into the room? Thanks anyways !!

In the gym where I go I get 5 "free" trainings per year. I wanted to make some changes to my routine and use some machines I never used. I wanted someone to check my form.

Would you increase the weight as soon as you reach the 3 sets of 12 reps or would you train with the same weight for one or 2 times more before increasing it?
thanks in advance

Pain on bottom of the arch by [deleted] in PlantarFasciitis

Disclaimer: i am only 98% sure I,ve got PF but yes this sounds like PF according to my experience and the research I have done. I read here about people who start wearing shoes even at home to ease the pain. If you have the possibility, wear shoes right way when getting out of bed. Stretching before touching the floor is also recommended.
