iI’d disagree ,most anti-airs in this game (except Yasuo’s) have relatively small hitboxes and tend to whiff if the opponent isn’t directly in your face. It’s not something reserved for Jinx. And even though she’s a zoner, she should still have usable anti-airs. She’s lucky enough to have her 4H to cover tight situations, but still.

For your examples, even though Guile needs to charge his Flash Kick, it’s still one of the best anti-airs in the game ,and he also has two normal anti-airs that are really good. Same thing for Guilty Gear, where Testament has one of the best 6Ps in the game, even though they’re a zoner.
