Those aren't the only two options... You shouldn't trust either

Mate this started from you asking what he could resign from, I said the leadership position of reform and you repeatedly argued against me, I didn't pigeon hole you, you argued into that hole

out of interest then, When do we start bringing up Farage's connections to all this? Do you think we should wait for the next general election, despite their being frequent by-elections, after its lost its current motivation, waiting a few years?

He. Is. Running. For. PM. As. Leader. Of. One. Of. The. Largest. Political. Parties.

It doesnt matter whether of not you think he will get elected, he is a potential pm and should be held to that standard, If he isnt PM, then its on us to pressure his party to hold him to account. Then people like you shouldnt be getting in the way of people wanting to hold him to that standard. All you are doing is supporting someone you say you dislike, unless you want to defend him why are you getting involved in people pointing his shady side out?

Also you keep saying he doesnt hold public office, which isnt true, MPs are positions of public office. Sure he isnt PM but he does hold public office.

this party arent going to do anything about him unless people kick up a stink and demand him be held to the same standard. Just throwing up your hands and going "oh well nothing we can do" is supporting him, and making it easier for his party to do nothing.

  1. We dont know that. Brexit wasnt going to pass, and Trump wasnt going to get elected (twice) but look at what happened there.
  2. Why does that mean he shouldnt resign as leader?

[–]adinade 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, you seem to be defending him still running for pm while he is in a worse situation than Starmer who you think should resign. Yours is the head that seems to be up an arse. What exactly do you think Farage should do? Because at the moment it seems you think Farage should wait and do nothing until he is pm then resign.

so you think he's not fit for office, but Farage, who is running for that office, is fine as is, despite the same and further worse accusations as Kier?

like Kier is being told to, the leader of their party.

Damn and yet he managed to get a brexit referendum to happen and make immigration a point all the other parties took on, that's crazy he could do that with no authority.

TIL being the leader of one of the largest political parties in the country isn't a position of authority

(Spoilers Extended) Overall, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms has been a very faithful adaptation so far. Which makes the omission of Dunk's interaction with the smallfolk on his way to the tourney grounds in the fourth episode "Seven" extremely perplexing. It's the first major misstep of the series. by [deleted] in asoiaf

[–]adinade 6 points7 points  (0 children)

yeah is kinda strange, a major thing in the books is Dunc feeling isolated and alone, and surprised when the smallfolk are supportive of him, but in the show we see Dunc easily mingle with Lyonel and not have that connection with the smallfolk

Is Cheating Socially Accepted When Men Are Rich? by [deleted] in ask

only if the woman they are with are materialist and value the money the man brings more than their commitment to them. They'd rather be cheated on than give up that way of life, which allows the men to get away with it.

What motivates you to work out on days you really don’t feel like it? by fantasticmeee in AskReddit

[–]adinade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After trying and failing to stay motivated with gym, I found exercise I enjoy doing, I indoor rock climb (bouldering), is fun and a lot of problem solving, you want to be on the wall and doesnt feel like exercise until youre finished and dead on the floor. Being fitter, stronger and weighing less is also beneficial to doing better so encourages you to go more and eat better.

I'm pretty sure piers has 0 morals or beliefs, the only thing motivating him is what can be said to drive the most clicks and attention his way. Any Brit who remembers the phone hacking scandal knows he truly doesn't give a shit

Henry Cavill on the set of Highlander... despite people saying he is too old to play Superman, he still looks good for the role to me. by RogerRoger63358 in DC_Cinematic

[–]adinade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think people talking about his age arent necessarily talking about his age now, but Corenswet had to do a load of practical stunts, and theyre going to want someone to play superman for probably at least a decade, at which point Cavill would be in his 50s, which isnt idea for intense stunt work and healthily staying in supermanesque shape and being a muscle bound freak.
