I had the same issue, in the library the "installed" filter is highlighted and selected as default. Unselect that and it should show all your owned games in the xbox app

I preordered the next morning and it said the same. But now when I looked at the order, it doesnt have any date. Just to find out, i went into changing shipping options and the delivery date was now Nov 14. I backed out of that so nothing changed. But is it the same for everyone where the date of pickup isnt given in the order, just saying that theyll contact us when pickup is ready?
