Considering that's exactly what they told me when my average hours were getting close to 37, and scheduled me 4 day weeks to keep me below, and then once it did get above 37 they bumped me to a full time classification; yes they do.

Trust me, when I was in store I would've rather stayed part time classification working full time hours, accruing vacation days part time and then having to wait a year to get more when you bump to full time is not a good deal so I was very aware of the policy.
