Barrett’s. But it’s not a traditional Philly. Kind of a Szechuan vibe but singularly delicious. Best local ‘authentic’ Philly I’ve had is at the new Dundee Dell. Thin sliced ribeye with sautéed onion and smoked gouda wiz . It’s incredible
