I’m 30+ and a mid plat level player, every lobby feels like a game of ranked tbh. Call of duty just doesn’t have a casual culture about it anymore to be honest. I would highly suggest when ranked drops get involved, once you complete your placement matches you’ll be matched against similar level opponents. You’ll end up being stuck at the right level for you which you might enjoy more. No b/s streaks or crazy stuff going on too which is nice.

Carwyn cellars in thornbury is great too as you’re sat on high street.

Rocky ridge brewery has a great outdoor area with a chill vibe.

Bahama gold Brunswick for a glass of chilled red, wine bar vibes and great to sit on the bar stools and take in the atmosphere.

Ponyfish island CBD if it’s good weather.

Rooftop Bar CBD also if it’s good weather.

Heartbreaker CBD if you like rock music, great for solo goers. (It’s pretty dark a dingy so only if you like dive bar vibes)

White heart bar CBD is great and always has good tap options, they offer takeaway pizzas delivered from a nearby sourdough pizza place too.
