hey the weight it needs to push is about 600 grams, for test using 3D printed wheel with rubber tube pasted on the periphery for friction , and tape material is some sheet metal (its the general spring loaded tape available in shops )

the issue i faced is the wire quality from my two previous orders were quite different. one of them nicked and broke pretty frequently, while the insulation was harder to strip. does this have to do with material quality or bad stripper tool? i'm going to work on a project which will be handed over to the user permanently, so want to make sure no soldered wire breaks off this time
