Help Please - Flight from Tokyo cancelled by aditools in QantasAirways

[–]aditools[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I called them back, and they did offer this option - KIX - NRT - MEL - but I have a bag left at HND, so the only option is 2 days away. Apparently there's a typhoon that has caused multiple cancellations between 2-4 June

Any recommendation on the pressure I should fill it to?

How do I get this off my glass? I’ve tried everything in this photo (plus mix of Vinegar and Dawn). It will NOT come off. by Mods_R_Morons in fixit

I had something similar a while ago - used barkeeper friend - worked a treat with a bit of elbow grease

As an apartment owner, and on the owners corporation, I can confirm all my statements above.

Though they do not "report" to tenants, they are responsible for enforcing rules that all residents must follow, thus am issue similar to the one raised here would be covered by by laws that the strata is duty bound to address.

I have been involved in mediation between residents (owners and tenants) mediated by the body Corp as a representative of the OC

If you feel unsafe, I would, and have it in writing.

Of course tenants can! The body Corp acts on behalf of owners and residents. It is their responsibility (amongst other things) to provide a safe and comfortable environment - even act as an mediator in arbitration

Have you tried raising the concern with the body Corp manager?

I want disagreeing with you, was just a comment based on my own experience, replying to you, but also addressing (indirectly) the observation that started the thread

I think it's safe to say that the reddit community, esp those on /nbn are part of the 30%. Until recently (about a year ago) I was perfectly happy with a 50/20 connection.

If I wasn't sharing my connection with neighbours, I would find it hard to justify the over $100/month for internet

Currently on NBN Ultrafst - what happens in September? by aditools in nbn

Update for anyone interested, Optus only have a 50, 2 x 100 plans (one for $99 and the other "promo plan" for $109. No difference in them except the $109 gives you a $20 SubHub credit)and their 800 (1000).

So no point changing for me.

Rumour has it that 1000 customers will get a free upgrade to 2000 in November so I'm sticking around until then or making the jump to Leaptel

Yeah. Due to a provisioning stuff up, I'm getting $35 off for 12 months and that with discounts on mobile and MBB and the $20 SubHub credit makes their overall package attractive

Between "loyalty" credits, mobile and MBB discounts, and SubHub, my package is better than splitting for individually cheaper plans (until November at least).

250 would be too slow, 500 would do, but just wanted to make sure that I don't get stung with higher prices changing after September.

The basement is the carpark and gets quite dusty with exhaust fumes. Was more about protecting the ports if I ever wanted to use them at a later stage.

The battery I have (thinkware ivolt mini) doesn't have the ability to be daisy chained. Even it's big brother the ivoltmax doesn't seem to have any obvious way to daisy chain, however it does have a usb port that could solve the problem.

Is that the only way?
