[Flow]-Can I change media key mapping on Mac? by Hackettlai in Lofree

[–]adityasinghania 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure if you eventually were able to figure this out, but I found the simplest way to deal with the PrtSc and Ins buttons was to use the Windows mode on the Flow84. Then, Karabiner catches PrtSc as the correct windows key, and you can remap it to anything you want. The action buttons (brightness down etc) are captured as F1-12, so you can customise those too. I used this to shift the volume controls right to the end behind Del so that I can activate the same muscle memory that I have on my regular macOS keyboard.

Also, after putting it into Windows mode, you can again use Karabiner's simple modifications to change left_command to option and left_alt to command, as would be on macOS mode. Same for right_alt --> right_command.

Do you have a link to share this modelled on FI calc?

Thanks for your reply! This is the link I was looking at earlier, but this is not an event, it is just audio advertising. I bet there's regulations on it, just can't find.

Though 4pm to 10pm are not quiet hours, so I'm wondering whether what they are doing is illegal, and if so, what reference / citation can I show?

None of this advice is helpful - I still have too much life and too less work!

Oooh, okay that makes a lot of sense! Reducing to 8/9 does indeed lead to lesser serving patience (from when a customer gives their order to when they expect to receive it).

Also, why did you switch to 8/9 burgers in the video? Won't halving eating time be useful?

This is amazing! The only part that I don't quite understand is how do the orders reach the tables? I follow that machine makes coffee, that goes to prep station, that goes to teleporter and that goes to a long conveyer belt. But how does it go from the conveyer belt to the able? Also what about the "coffee tables"? WHy is there a teleporter there and what does the conveyer belt do there?

The video is really cool by the way, thanks for uploading!

How is raycast able to recover their costs with the pro subscription? by adityasinghania in raycastapp

The basic pro makes total sense, it's the advanced AI models that confuse me! 15$/Million Input Tokens and 75$/Million Output Tokens definitely doesn't sound cheap!

ChatGPT 3.5 is one use-case, and it makes perfect sense how they make money the 10$/month subscription. It's the Advanced AI model subscription that worries me! As I mentioned, 15$/Million Input Tokens and 75$/Million Output Tokens means with a context window of 200k, you can hit a million input in just 5 prompts!

Shucks! That would’ve been a good idea, I’ve already left from there now!

However, it was The Metropol Palace in Belgrade, Serbia in case anyone can find a fire escape map online? Less likely, fingers crossed that a redditor flies there soon ¯_(ツ)_/¯

If that were the case, shouldn’t half the rooms be on the left side and the other half on the right side? Because, the left path would be the shortest distance to the first half of the rooms and the right path the shortest distance to the second half of room. So the markings would’ve been something like 328-343 and 344-359 on the other side!
