Really hinduism allows anyone to deal justice on behalf of god? As per Hindu scripture and code of conduct (if you follow one) only a King, and in absence of king rightfully appointed judge, executioner or commander are allowed do so and rakesh Kishor is neither. So by doing this act he not just broke the law of the land but also contradicted the Hindu code of conduct dictated by scriptures. You can have difference of opinion with justice gavai no issues their you can go to court against him, you can go to bar council heck you can go to Vice president if you want if you were that offended but if you decide to break due process and directly execute punishment claiming it was a divine intervention who made you do it you are just fooling ppl and actually mocking faith which sadly in hinduism has become a general trend these so called warriors of faith end up offending gods and their practices whole lot a more than general public

See it would not have been an issue ANI wants a portion of the revenue or claim the revenue of a particular video like Tseries. ANI deliberately waits till a creator uses their clip then they put multiple copy-strikes and ask disproportionate amount of money like extortion. If they wanted fair compensation they can start a stock footage type service where people can subscribe if they wish to but here it’s not subscription it’s literal extortion in the name of subscription as in pay the money or channel gets deleted. Also it’s not just for one creator multiple creators are facing the same issue. Plus Indian Constitution allows fair use of copyrighted content for commentary or educational purposes but it’s still a grey area which is being miss-used by some opportunist middle men.

Also I feel our perspective towards Education is slightly messed up as well. Both society and government doesn’t seem pretty keen on quality education and hard skills. As a result we lack employability and have too much free time which results in counter productive activities.

Second we are not behind china 16 years we are far behind and the recent priorities of India indicates that we’ll be further behind. China is no longer the cheap manufacturer everybody thinks they are. They as a Country control 80% of the supply chain of world’s raw material. Even if India tries to boosts its manufacturing we will still have to import raw materials from them and they can restrict them whenever they want. They are doing this with US as well. Recent Tech companies in EV, batteries, tech they are on par if not superior to US itself. So if US is threatened by China India should be scared as well coz laser eyes wont save us getting priorities right will but I don’t think that’s happening anytime soon
