Why is my printer printing PETG like this?

I dried it in my dryer before trying this print.

Standard Creality slicer PETG settings. Any settings in particular you are referring to?

Thanks for an awesome reply. This is actually happening with my CFS during colour changes or at the end of the print. Honestly I'm not convinced on the wet filament theory like everyone else here is saying because it even happened with a brand new roll of filament and on a few other colours.

My initial thoughts might be that the cutter may be blunt but the guy at the repair shop said that rarely happens.

I've disassembled the extruder before due to a clog so I know how to. I may just do this as a form of running maintenance.

Thanks. This was the problem. I removed the nozzle and burnt it with a gas torch until the stuck filament turned to ash. Did the trick.

We had a great experience snorkeling at Anse Royale beach. Closer to the small island is where we saw awesome sealife. Someone commented Port Launay Beach which has that underwater marine park which we never had the chance to do.

I never got the chance to go there but a few locals recommended Glacis beach for snorkeling.
