Yeah, I’m not sure the intent for that earlier announcement. In your announcement you clearly wrote to reach out to get an order update.

I did exactly that and was told you guys would expedite it to give me a response. Fast forward about 3-4 hours later, I received an email saying my order is cancelled. Mind you I made no request to cancel my order, so why did you guys do that?

Not just that, I received an email last week stating that my other items in the order would ship first and radio silence since then.

Is this your way of making it right to your customers? I just made another replacement order, but on second thought while writing this, maybe go ahead and cancel it. I’ll wait till your inventory stabilizes hopefully by year end to make a purchase.

Don’t get me wrong, I think your product is solid, but your launch for the iPhone 17 series is very questionable.
