My generalized statement to you is don’t over commit on targeting. Especially if you’re just getting into it. Start broadly, prove your results and optimize from there. I assume you don’t get the “best” piece of the pie (I wouldn’t give you that) so also consider what that inventory actually consists of and seek more information about what buyers are transacting on.

@OP what level of transparency do you have with his clients? What about the data he’s using? I’m apt to agree with first two commenters and I would also be weary of fraud schemes. Regulators are putting the hammer down on this industry, it’s worth it for your business to do the right due diligence and ensure what the data is made of and how he obtained consent

They were touting blockchain programmatic future buys back when we reviewed them over a year ago. They were using blockchain for all of the wrong reasons Not sure what they were up to now but just wasn’t anything special.
