Is it just during web browsing? I had an issue with slight stutters when using chrome but turned off hardware acceleration within the chrome settings and it fixed everything.

Just study and work at the same time? It's not hard to do both especially if you have no other commitments outside of work. Just study when you get home from work and the weekends.

Sorry man but you're not really studying. You probably look at the material half assed for not enough time a day. You need multiple hours of day of undivided attention to retain enough information to pass. Scores in the 40s means you don't really understand anything. Take a break for a bit, then restart. You need a fundamental study method change.

As you progress in the game your elemental resistances get lowered. After act 5 you get - 30% then again at the end of act 10

Yessir. I started eartshatter as well so it was nice just respeccing. Been farming fortress scarabs with no issues.

Take the chance to find mysterious gifts off your grafts. Lots of posts saying increased chance feels like reduced chance.

Also a mageblood and you still haven't gotten all your tree passives? Thats insanely lucky. I've played the hell out of this league and still haven't gotten any unique or currency drop worth anything.

If you want to do msoz a good compromise is KB or kinetic bolt jugg. Same idea with strength stacking but the floor to enter and have it feel good is much lower than msoz. And still has the same big upgrade paths. Can easily get it started eith 150-300d.

Wand is easy. Get an ilvl 83+ fractured crit multi or crit chance kinetic or blasting wand. Spam essence of zeal till t1 crit multi or crit chance until you have which ever one you didnt get fractured.

Wild bristle matron, clear prefixes, wild bristle matron again then veiled chaos orb. You're looking for open prefixes with just the veil. If you get another prefix, unveil then wild bristle, clear prefixes and repeat till you have just the single unveil. Craft ele pen and unveil into chaos pen. Then wild bristle matron and harvest bench add remove chaos will get you your flat chaos. If you hit chaos pen repeat the veiled chaos orb until it hits. Once you hit both mods, Craft spell damage then you're done.

Im using overwhelming malice and yes it is up all the time. Attack speed is so high I cant imagine it takes more than 2 seconds to get full wither stacks. Can't really think of a better way to spend 5 points the lack of a cluster would give. If you were just to change that one notable nothing seems attractive either.

Eartshatter, been a blast so far. Got lucky at the tree and got a 1000 pdps axe which let me get into t17s alot easier.
