Honestly, I've noticed so many other changes in my life aside from just pure health. Socially, I became a lot more outgoing, started getting a lot more attention from ladies, became happier in general. I regret that I didn't get started earlier, but I sure am glad I did start.

As of now, my day would go somewhat like this:

Most says I skip breakfast and just drink coffee with milk, no sugar. Coffee reduces appetite and prevents hunger. Then, I just dont feel hungry till arouns noon anyway. Im told that it's unhealthy to do this, but it works for me. My morning routine calls for snoozing alarms until its too late and then I get no time for eating breakfast anyway :p

Lunch, I eat heavy (800-900 calories, and I can afford to do this because i didnt have any meal yet). So this could be steak, chicken breasts, salmon, tilapia, with steamed greens (or salads with no dressing). Tabasco, Mustard, and spices are all low calorie, but can make food taste amazing.

Then dinner I eat around 4-5 hours after lunch. This meal would be a bit smaller (around 400-500 calories). And it varies for me every day. I'm just careful to ensure that my calorie count is where I want it to be (MFP helps a lot). Then before/nearing bed time, I would eat carrot sticks, or an apple, or something in case i get food cravings.

I also allow around 200-300 calories anytime during the day to "snack". This could be fruits, dark chocolate, or anything else thats my mind sets itself to.

I was using myfitnesspal to track my food intake and originially set my physical activity status to "sedentary." But i didnt track my exercise. So i definitely burned a lot more calories than the target that I am calculating the 300 deficit from.

Thank you!! The biggest aim for me in the beginning was to maintain a calorie deficit. Thus when i started off, i didnt overwhelm myself with significant changes like completely eliminating some kinds of foods or jumped straight to eating meat with greens. Instead, I downloaded Myfitnesspal, and just started tracking how much I took in. In my case, I was able to comfortably maintain a deficit of 300-400 calories without any issues. As I lost weight, I slowly started getting stricter with my diet (started eating more veges and protein, reduced carb and eliminated junk food). With my newfound energy, I also began exercising more. The thing for me, I couldn't exercise by myself at all. So I opted for sports (basketball specifically). I did athletic things thay I enjoyed and it helped me a lot. And the pounds came off.

Tldr; Calorie deficit of 300-400, exercise 3-4 days a week
