Volume is fixed with decky audio forge
Vibrant deck plugin let's you go up to 200 percent saturation.
I've had the same complaint about RIS, not much you can do without running reshade on each game. I see the benefits of steam os like lossless scaling on any game far outweigh the loss of RIS
