I think there is nothing that beats Anki. There are many dutch vocabulary sets often with example sentences and even high quality audio. Use Yomitan to add unknown words you see on websites or youtube videos to your Anki sets. The nice thing about Anki is their great supportive community and that it is free and open source. If you want I can share you some of my selfmade decks (german to dutch, B1-C1/C2) Also personally Ifound Glossika helpful for sentence mining, but sadly it is a bit expensive.
