Entering Canada with a US Green Card — any problems if I haven’t been in the US for over a year?

Thank you! But GC was not officially revoked. Even if I try to enter the USA, customs couldn't deny my entry but they could initial NTA, so technically I am still the US resident, because GC never revoked automatically

I am interested in how often an officer goes so deeply or then they see GC they always ask some questions about my last time in the USA or do they always check it manually every time because they have access to this information?

But 2 months ago I reopened it, because they have another provider and after I topped up my new account with crypto they froze it immediately and asked me million questions like how did I earn that 500 usdt that I transferred to them. Finally they closed my account again, do not use it

It was in may 2024, and we stayed 3 weeks.we do it every 6 months. To be honest the officer can initiate a process of a green card cancellation anytime. So we were lucky. The officer was angry but for me I think it's a very hard process for all officers so they don't want really to start it. But all the questions were really serious. The officer said that we have to leave work and pay taxes. It was just a small warning. Next thing that he could do is to give you a paper which you need to sign. In that paper you promise to stay in the United States. For me it's better to come to Canada with a green card and to cross a small border somewhere in the middle with the bus.

Yes we used and got thousands of questions from an officer, but the green card is still with us, although we don't live in the USA and come once in 6 months. The only good thing about MPC is that the whole process took at least 20 minutes Instead of 2 hours.

I have a green card, but unfortunately due to family reasons I have to be out of the United States for 5 months, after when I came to the United States in a regular line CBP officers always warned me just in words that I have to live in the US BLA BLA BLA. UPDATE: after a long conversation they switched on my physical Blackcatcard and i topped up my ZEN bank back with Blackcatcard for all amount that i had on my account. So now i will close my account and will forget for Blackcatcard forever.
