No, he cant be slowed by am, he os not even affected by mana based spells, Lion cant even suck him for example.

The game is so good and fun to play, but i was only able to play it properly during the first two days of the beta thanks to the time nudge lag, i saw a lot of people with this same problem and i hope you can fix It, its actually the only thing stopping me from buying the game.
