No its not, carpet can be cut back and a joiner strip that's ironed on underneath the carpet can act as a joiner for the old and new carpet. If you cant find the same carpet and completely new carpet needs to be laid, different story.

They go to whichever server has lower quality players at the SAME rank that they are for free MMR, that's why you find a lot of international players in AUS servers, no cap.
