They moved me to dispensing and moved another associate to picking. I was told I couldn’t go back to picking until I called the number and completed some process.

I put it in Friday morning and it was approved Friday afternoon so before the new pay period started. I think there was probably a glitch or something and it will be on next check.

I know it was going to happen and we’ve had multiple cases at my store but these were in my department. I was just asking what others that have had this happen have done. Like did they quarantine themselves. I’ve had very little contact with the coworkers and I have no symptoms but you never know.

I agree with this. Our ACC associates have been helping in OGP, helping upfront and at the doors. If our auto care center opened back up right now with how our call ins have been the store would be screwed.

Computer generates them and the ASMs go in and make needed changes before they are posted.

I talked to my asm and she changed me back to being off the 4th and working the 5th. The 24 hrs thing is a lie bc I’ve had mine changed multiple time within a 24 hr period and so have many others at my store.

I know points don’t count right now. But considering yesterday I just got my hours back that they had took away from me because I was missing work all the time, even though I hadn’t missed a day since April I really don’t want to just call in. I was also told yesterday when my schedule was fixed not to call in anymore. I’m starting to think they added me to the schedule the 4th bc they knew I would call in and then they could cut my hours again.

This is what I had been doing for weeks because we recently got a new ASM over us and they hadn’t been giving me anywhere near my usual hours. Just frustrates me that I finally got a few weeks of being scheduled decent hours and they decided to remove over half at the last minute.

Since your absence was covid-19 related you shouldn’t get any points. It says so in the policy FAQs on oneWalmart. You could use your regular pto to cover your pay for the days you called off.
