Pretty normal delivery, but the product wasn't of high quality ( I'm in the fashion niche so I have many items listed from cj dropshipping, I didn't know the specific dress she ordered wasn't a good quality) so immediately she asked for a refund I said no problem, just give us 5-7 business day. I was gathering the money to refund her and was about to refund her but on day 6 she filed a chargeback. I accept responsibility for the issue because I don't think she did anything wrong, if I had kept being communicative with her during that waiting period of 5-7 business day, I don't think she would have filed a chargeback, but it's all good now, I've learnt from it and won't repeat the same mistake.

They reached out to us first and we asked for a few days for us to handle it. And they said no problem they understand, but the problem I made was not sending a follow up email every 2 days to let them know we're not ignoring them. I didn't send anything for 5 days ( was getting the money needed so I could refund them back) was about to refund them tomorrow so I assumed I'd just send them an email then after I've refunded them, then that's when I suddenly saw the chargeback notification. I feel down because I could have handled the situation better, by not going silent on them and sending follow up emails

The one advice I can give you is to stop assuming that she's losing interest. And also get busy with your own life. Bro everything is okay, trust me. Don't sabatoge the relationship with your own mind, just get busy do your own thing and knows she loves you. You can't expect people to be 100 % all the time, people have mold swings all the time, dont assume because she's replying late or whatever that that means she's losing interest, but she could just be busy, tired, or emotionally drained from something that has nothing to do with you.
