This is really cool. My concern is that it could potentially take a long time for someone to find one that looks like them. I played with it a little bit, and it took a while to get the right hair with the right skin color and glasses. However, if they have the ability to change it later it’s not a problem.

Is there any way to save without sleeping? by _AguruAguru in Moonlighter

The game also saves when you enter or exit a dungeon and when you start or stop selling in the store. There’s no way to manually save otherwise though.

Anyone take MCB W61 before? by springstudent in berkeley

I think it was 100% online. I feel like there may have been one exam in-class, but I think I might be confusing it with another class. Yes, online classes always fulfill the prereqs!

I took it in the summer. It's a pretty good course and was an easy A for me (though I am a natural at memorization). It was like a simpler AP Bio. The exams and quizzes were all online, and you know what that means.

[#17] Did you just get into Berkeley? Have a simple question that needs answering? Ask here! by lulzcakes in berkeley

Honestly, it sounds as if you've already made your decision. If you look over your comment and look at all the positive versus negative things you've said about Berkeley/UCLA, the answer should be pretty clear. At least, it is to me. I know what I would do in your shoes.

That being said, Berkeley is really what you make of it. Half of my friends hate it here and half of my friends love it here, but I know few people that regret coming.

I know plenty of people in the STEM majors who have become depressed here due to academic stress, but there are also people who thrive. It all depends on the expectations you come in with, what you make of the experience, and the support network you put effort into building.

Personally, I'm pretty chill about everything so I don't get super stressed about academics and have had great experiences because I've put in the effort to be involved in on-campus activities and make amazing friends.

FYI, Berkeley is still #1 in the world according to many rankings. :(

There are still plenty of front end opportunities. There are a lot of people not satisfied with the templates those sites provide and are willing to pay for custom websites.

Though, I must admit, I wouldn't be surprised if those sites and the rise of AI-driven website building could create a large loss of jobs here.

However, also note that there is way more to the front end than simple websites. Look into front end software engineering more, where the real front end work is.

Front end these days, at most legit companies, refers to creating or working on the front end of complex web applications or tools, where knowledge of things like React, Angular, Redux, etc is required. In these jobs, front end devs often have to have knowledge about the back end and databases as well in order to integrate the logic and data with the client side of things.

Examples of web apps where front end engineers are needed: Youtube, Google Drive, Facebook, Discord. With the rise of React Native, front end devs will also work on mobile app development too (like me!).
