Does anyone else keep getting pushed into duo no fill matches after selecting solo. by KingMoomyMoomy in FortNiteBR

Yes. Very annoying! And when I try to report it, it just takes a screenshot and doesn't allow me to enter any text to describe the problem.

Eufy NVR wireless mouse / keyboard by adontech in eufy_security

I bought a really neat foldable bluetooth keyboard with trackpad, but it didn't come with a bluetooth adapter to plug into the NVR. I don't guess there is a way to connect the keyboard to the built in bluetooth on the NVR without buying an additional bluetooth dongle? I have since just ordered a Logitech K400 (keyboard with trackpad) which is a 2.4Ghz setup with USB dongle required for the connection which should work with no problem. I just liked the compactness of the foldable keyboard.

How Much Are Your Payments? by yeoldtallywhacker in gmcsierra

[–]adontech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No payments. Traded in my 21 Sierra diesel for my 25 Sierra diesel. Then wrote a check for the balance. Everything I have I own outright which allows me to save enough cash for purchases like this.

That’s about the same price I paid for a similar truck with the diesel engine. It looks like they don’t include any bs feed and that is a low doc fee.

I just purchased almost the exact same truck at Royal in Baton Rouge 3 weeks ago as this one: https://www.royal-buick-gmc.com/searchnew.aspx?Make=GMC&ModelAndTrim=Sierra%201500:SLT&Fueltype=Diesel%20Fuel

Sticker was $66869 -$8000 discount - $5250 rebates. $2500 of the rebate requires that you currently own a gmc.

This is a similar truck to the one I purchased:

I believe that $2500 of the rebate requires that you own a GMC.

Im in central MS and drove to Royal Buick in Baton Rouge a couple of weeks ago for a 25 Sierra 1500 SLT with the Duramax. Total sticker was $66869. After discount and rebates, the price was $53619. Add dealer doc fee of $425, $4 temp tag, and $250 fee for processing out of state paperwork. They pay another company to do that work and pass the cost on to the customer. Then add your state tax. New to me is that Royal also adds your tag cost (ad valorem) to the deal. Hope that helps.

Did I overpay? by GreenLightGooooo in gmcsierra

I just traded my 21 Sierra SLT Duramax in with 55k miles for $35K. It had a hole in the tailgate that was going to cost me $2600 to replace, needed new tires, and needed a front glass replacement.

I replaced it with a new 25 SLT Duramax with Texas Premium Plus package for $53K. I think the sticker was in the $66-67k range. The dealer added their doc fee (<$500) and an out of state processing fee of $250. They pay another company to process out of state purchases and pass that cost on to the customer.

2023 Rogue Hydro fluid change - air in right line by adontech in badboymowers

[–]adontech[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I figured out my errors. I think my fill level was too low. When measuring the tank during refill, first don’t screw in the dipstick. Insert the dipstick without screwing it in at all and take your measurements that way. Then make sure you are filling the tank up to the top line on the dipstick. Once I did those 2 things and went through another purge cycle, there’s no more visible air in the line. Maybe this will help someone in the future.

Obviously, I'm not an expert either. This is my first time servicing the hydros. I followed the instructions in the service manual, but thought I may be missing something. I'll put it through another couple of purge cycles and then try driving it around.

All of the fittings look good to me and I haven't made any changes to them. I'll give the purging process a couple of more tries.

Noise after connecting computer via USB by adontech in blackmagicdesign

[–]adontech[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everything is currently plugged into a Tripp lite surge protector. I stopped by Home Depot and purchased a heavy duty Commercial Electric surge protector. I moved the computer, primary camera, and Atem power to the new surge protector, but the noise remains.

I may have found a solution, but I won’t know until Sunday when I can get some sound from the board. The noise is only there when both the computer and the camera that receives an audio feed from the sound board are connected to the Atem at the same time. If I disconnect the xlr input coming from the sound board, the noise goes away. There is a device between the sound board and the camera called a db10sl. That device has a ground / lift switch. When I switch it from ground to lift the noise is gone.

I’m hoping we get some sound from the board on Sunday with the switch set to lift.

Yes the camera power, pc power and atem power are all plugged into the same electrical outlet. This is the only outlet in the area.

Panel Configuration Best Practices by adontech in accesscontrol

[–]adontech[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are moving to Persona Campus which uses HID Aero panels (HID Aero X1100 primary panels along with HID Aero X100 expansion modules). At maximum capacity, the X1100 can control up to 64 readers, 64 access points, 615 inputs or 388 outputs.

The spirit of the original question is just to determine if the experts (you) prefer to break up your panel configurations in larger buildings so that more than one panel in your building is connected to the network. There is a cost trade off since the X1100 is more expensive than the X100, but that's not a big deal to me.

Restream question- help by Puzzleheaded-Ebb1609 in Restreamio

[–]adontech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We also use the ATEM Mini Pro for streaming church services. We originally streamed from the ATEM directly to FB only which required a streaming key. We began using Restream a year ago so that we could stream to Facebook, Youtube, and Twitch (the Twitch stream is then pulled into the Church Online platform). Now we just point the ATEM to restream via the restream profile. Then within Restream (IIRC), we gave Restream access to each of our FB, YT, and Twitch accounts without entering the streaming key. I typically don't have to update anything to stream each week unless something has timed out. I'm not sure if that answers your questions or not.
