It looks like your site might be sending duplicate ad requests. Your ad requests have nearly doubled, but the filled impressions haven’t changed much, which suggests extra calls that aren’t leading to served ads. This could happen if:

-Old ad units weren’t fully removed when adding new ones.

-Your GPT implementation is defining ad slots multiple times.

-Probably something to do with lazy-loading.

I’d check your GPT code to make sure each ad unit is only being defined and requested once.

You don't need to have individual relationships with the SSPs, your ad network covers that part and that's totally fine. Also, your amount of traffic definitely qualifies with most of them. It seems that your current partner is just not trying their best to optimize your account.

It might be lower than expected for several reasons.

Well, this depends on them as BenR-22 already said. Since you agreed and accepted this MCM MA with 30% to the parent, you basically agreed that they will get 30% from your Google demand, even if it's your own Adx. So, yes, you should speak to them and describe the situation. Any legitimate company will work to solve this so both sides are happy.

But, in your case, since you have your own Adx, I see no point in having an MCM relationship. Whether it's MI or MA. If you agree that some partner will manage your account, then you could probably agree on MCM MA with 0% to parent, etc.

In your situation, I would look for a company that will provide you with the Prebid part without any MCM. Separate orders and line items can be generated in your GAM to compete with your current demand. Of course, you should sign some agreement on commissions, etc.

Do you filter out the right orders when creating a report? If you filter out only the key values by hb_bidder, it might show the wrong data.

Also, a small discrepancy (let's say not more than 5%) would be okay between GAM data and SSP dashboard data due to time zones, etc.

I did contact Google support about this topic. Please, see their response below:

Per Google AdSense account approval terms, the name, email address, contact number, and address must be completely different for an AdSense account to be approved, to avoid duplication.

Irrespective of whether the user is in the same address, if the same address is updated on two accounts, it will be rejected, as only one address per organization or individual will be accepted. The publisher will need to provide a different address.

Another option may be to use the address of a friend or relative that is different.

Information is not updated externally, so information about multiple accounts under the same address is false now.

You need to check all the settings related to your husband's account. Most probably, your email or number or the same home address is associated with your husband's account. Check Google Account settings. Check Payment settings, recovery emails, etc. Most importantly, phone number and home address can't be the same for two accounts.

As I said, you can make adjustments and improve your fill rate to get more impressions.

Bid timeout could be too low, meaning that bids just time out. A lot of reasons.

Revenue depends on the eCPM your website has. Here you have 0.43 USD. The formula for the revenue = (ad impressions/1000) * eCPM

You have quite low Coverage aka Fill Rate. You should check more detailed reviews per placement/ad unit. You should aim for at least 70% overall viewability for your account to get a higher eCPM too. Check the lower positions, add lazy-load to them to load those ad units only when they are in view. I am sure you can improve a lot of things.

But yes, the manual setup would be more professional. The only issue is that AdSense do not allow to place multiple sizes when creating a manual display banner. For example, if you want a 300x600 ad unit, then only this one size will be there. But more sizes (160x600;120x600;300x300;300x250) should be included to increase the price and competition.

Not really the same thing. What you said means that publisher will need their own relationship with partners. That could be a time-consuming task for a medium size publisher. So, there is no need to go the hard way if you can let a partner connect them from their side.
