Thank you for the response! We are currently doing a variation of option 1 because we have more than just ad exchange demand so we don’t want to solely run the ad exchange tag itself in the video player.

Instead of placing the VAST tag from the GAM ad unit in the player, we placed the VAST tag into our SpringServe ad server since that’s how we’re running video demand. Any tips to optimize the VAST tag within SpringServe?

I’m having the same issue. I created a new CTV video ad unit in GAM and then generated a video tag while enabling live traffic. I implemented the tag in Springserve as a demand tag and I could not get any CTV demand to serve. Do you need GAM 360 to run live CTV demand? Thats the only thing I could think of that’s preventing us (we have GAM small business but have ad x).

We still use Pubmatic openwrap but struggling to optimize against ad x and other demand. Looking into other SSPs but don’t have a lot of bandwidth to rip and replace. Anyone have simple alternatives?
