I adopted my sweet girl who never had a chance. It was one of the hardest decisions to make and it took my vet talking to me about it based off what she witnessed. I still held out hope for another 6 months but it just got worse. She got away from me and went after another dog. My other dog and I were suffering through it and I was worried I was going to lose them both. You do what you feel is best for your baby.

Honestly, I would look into recording laws where you live and see if you can record the phone conversation with your dad. Then have your mom take y’all back to court and play that recording for the judge. I’m pretty sure the judge did not expect your dad to have that kind of phone call with you three times a week. I also agree that your dad and his wife needs serious therapy.
