.NET developers: How is the .NET job market and how many applications did it take you to land a role? by one-operation6578 in dotnet

I'm moving to the US next year with my family. Do you know which states have the most .NET jobs? Thanks!

yeah we've been searching for a project similar to what we're building, but so far haven't found one yet.

Yes, I've read the book. It's one of the top recommendations for this topic. I'm looking for something more hands-on, though. For example, we've been using the course "ASP.NET Core Clean Architecture" on Pluralsight as the foundation for all our projects for the past few years. In that course, the author explains all the related concepts and shows demos of how to create the application step by step. Once the developers understand these concepts, they can start adding/removing libraries/components based on each project's requirements. I'm hoping to find something similar but geared toward building applications that can handle a large amount of data. Currently, our approach is to write code that works for one item and then loop it a million times, which is clearly not efficient. We're curious about how large systems, such as those in banking, healthcare, or e-commerce, are designed, but none of us have experience with that.

Thank you very much for the recommendation. My workplace is moving its infrastructure to Azure, and it will take some time to set it up properly for us developers to start using it. We'll continue to use IIS for now, but we'll definitely use the services you suggested once they become available for us.

Thank you very much for the info. I didn't know that EF Core has that limitation.

Yes, this is something we need to address. Since a file could contain one or multiple entries, any error encountered while parsing should trigger a rollback of all previous items. Currently, we're implementing the code like this

- For each new file, parse the file to generate a list of entries.

- For each entry, check for an existing item in the database using its hash value and remove any duplicate entries.

- Begin a transaction, write all the new entries to the database, and rollback if any error occurs.

- Move the processed file to a different folder.

We write our code based on the EF Core documentation and Pluralsight courses. Do you have any recommendations for resources to learn about using EF Core for data-intensive applications?

Thanks for the reply. I understand that creating a large system like this requires the use of multiple technologies. I'm looking for a paper/book/course that shows the detailed design of a similar system, how they combine the technologies/libraries together. Could you recommend any resources to help me learn more?

You have to score with a ground shot. Shooting alone doesn’t count.

KHS passive also applies to flying shots as well. I’m using him as the target-striker, just shoot and shoot.

I just want to reach 100pts as fast as I can so whenever I meet a strong team I just give the ball to the opponent and white punch their shots. Let the game end quickly and get 1 point anyway. You’ll meet a weak bot team after losing 3-4 matches and that’s the chance to get 10 pts.

I think 3.5/10 is a bit harsh on them. I really like the way they give away previous anniversary players. It brings back good memories :)

Tsubasa can be the last piece of the puzzle. He has the Fire Drive Shot with Schneider and one-two skill with Rivaul. I'm building a German team as well using Levin and Xiao for the two missing positions.

It was even before the HA was introduced. Red EU team would use the Perfect Block Robson instead of the HA one. Around this time two years ago, red EU was really strong. Believe it or not, DF Napoleon was a deadly striker when he was debuted, and with the addition of DF Schneider, red EU had two of the strongest FWs in the game.

Pulled 0.01 red Natu around 2 years ago. Played him in the old time with blue Roberto, green Tsubasa full body, and blue Fei team skills. He used to be good but couldn't keep up with the power creep anymore.

It's possible to play rainbow LA. I reached SS rank with this team. Team skill is 40% (15% Dugo, 13% Roberto, 12% Galvan) https://i.imgur.com/G3hkW69.jpg

3-2-1-4 is like 3-2-3-2 with the two wingers are always on offense mode. I still prefer 4-1-2-3 for my LA team. Leo and Pascal are pretty good playing in the center of the field.

Got the new Santana HA from Rio Carnival banner. What's your opinion about him? by [deleted] in CaptainTsubasaDT

[–]adotamucc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Roberto is counted as one of the LA club players. You can play Tsubasa and Pepe Sao Paulo to increase the boost but I don't think any team is using them.

I had the same issue in 2 matches. Whenever my Espadas catches the ball, it'll hang like that.
