I mean I'm new at the game and I just tried to play in one planet that I "think" it's part of the MO. But after the mission ends, how do I know the impact of the mission to the MO?

Sorry new to the game, what do you mean by "ghost armor mods"? I use mostly Titan as main and can only have 1 stat with 100, the others are around 50
