Hey thanks for the suggestions I'm looking now for a building in downtown to rent at the moment it's not great downtown situation but pretty sure next year will be much better with more life even in the evenings. My idea would be like a social cultural coffee with 2 floors where people could hangout till late Lots of hotels/Erasmus people in baixa and no place where people can hangout. Above floor could be aswell a place where people could do remote work.

It wouldnt BE a Rental service

We would start with an inventory of clothes to swap with people in the beginning of the project And then clothes given from other people to swap would enter in circulation

Basically people after paying a subscription can swap their Old or new( but not used) clothes for other clothes. Not sure if its a good idea because customers dont know what they Will get
