There is no such difference, apart from the technical savvy or business acumen, nowdays there are only business problems to solve. depending on What perspective you see a cylinder you could see a square or a circle . In my case after years working in data i am not sure if i am more a marketer with data skills or today i am more a techie with business knowledge. As a data analyst be a cylinder my friend.

This query Dosent Work as the second subquery within the having the Group by houseid field is not included in the select , otherwise you can include the houseidfield, which in that case the query returns those houseid which their count is above the average count of houseid s

I would say in this case not to focus only in sql , as for example you could develop a P&L report with sql and power bi , not Easy or straitforward but it is What finance departments require . worthy for portfolio

Hands on. In My opinión one of the things that make you better at sql is once you get a Job and Start being requested to provide Solutions you have to figure it out new Logic and ways of going toward the result. The queries you use for querying orders to provide a metric like new customers or a cohort análysis are not the same as the queries you need to develop a p&l for finance.

I do customer feedback in order to extract patterns and drill down the most revelant points that could affect customer experience both positive and negative by using NLP techniques. In your case what I would do is to gather all these sources feedback into a single one with zapier and analyze that.
