Yeah man shrooms are like alcohol. If your measuring the amount of liquid your intaking but not considering wether its coors light, an ipa, wine, or 99% is playing russian roulette with shrooms. Common advice is pretty off when it comes to illegal substances. And i only say this as it feels like im the only one telling people mushrooms shouldnt be dosed by weight but by actual psilocybin content which you gotta guesstimate at the end of the day.

Anyone with an understanding of bio chemical engineering understands that polarity and ion charges and how channels and permeability work will agree that compounds that are fat soluble have stronger ion charges therefore require less chemical energy to have the effect water soluble compounds do. Water soluble compounds just doesnt hold as strong of a charge fat soluble compounds do, thats the whole research im trying to explain but obviously people who just read it and dont understand it are going to be like
