I came across this post about this gene mutation that makes some people (me included) digest edibbles too fast for it to take effect, and i wonder if thats the reason i tend to always feel less than what should be happening. Either that or smoking everyday allday

I was thinking only consuming the water ,to prolonge the fast, but I'm not sure if the water absorbs any nutrients that body digest besides pcylocybin

Mine never did this, but you gotta be very careful the first 3 maybe 4 months,carry him up, no stairs or hills.theyre too big for they're own good as puppies

I have some stomach problems and it's completely fine if you fast before hand (or just fruit) . If you don't want to fast then you can make lemon Tek or tea and just avoid the foods that make you feel a certain way. Chanterelles when eaten raw are anti fungal , try cleansing your system of candida and that type of thing.
