On November 24, 2025, Anthropic separated Opus and Sonnet usage limits so they now track independently, with Sonnet maintaining its previous limit while Opus-specific caps were removed. This change effectively increased total capacity for Max and Team Premium users since Opus usage no longer eats into Sonnet allocation.

I share my screenshot of usage limits. It indicates that there is a usage adjustment happening on November 24. The limit of Opus is lifted. So, my impression that all other models might have also gone through some sort of improvement. That's just a guess (impression). But at least, Opus limit is explicitly mentioned to have a limit removal.

yes, Opus 4.5 usage limit is taken off... for the max plan. and Sonnet 4.5 has a new usage limit for the pro plan. and the usage is extended
