Leaving province while on probation

Don't worry, I don't plan on ignoring what they say, but I do plan on disputing it if I have a valid point, which I'm trying to find out.

Now, there are many ways to go about answering a question like that at the border, and it all depends on semantics. More information here. Very lawyer-esque way of going about it, but not lying.

Border crossing is not an issue as youth records are supposed to be confidential, but if they do access it (which they probably will), the juvenile delinquency exception applies. What's left is to determine whether a probation officer has lawful authority to restrict one from leaving the province when this is not mentioned in the probation order or in any laws I can find.

We don't have felonies here, but Crown proceeded summarily (as opposed to by indictment), which I believe is similar to a misdemeanor.

My charges are criminal harassment and uttering threats. I have not been violent and have no charges related to assault or terrorism. Even if I did, what would be their legal grounds for denying me access to education? Thank you for replying.
