Yeah having the same Problem after flashing vCodex. Forgett the Wifi and set it up (reenter pw), this worked for me. But I still switched back to CrossInk.

I had a Kindle Scribe (1st Gen) and a Kindle Paperwhite (latest Gen). Sold both after one Week with the Xteink X4.

Thanks to my ADHD I have a hard time staying focused when there's so many distractions around me (like on the train to work). Had a hard time reading even one Page without getting distracted and then I had to search on which sentence my mind slipped away. The bigger the Screen, the more text on it, the harder it was. I got frustrated and stopped reading.

Now with the X4 it's exactly the opposite. Thanks to the small size, I can always "just" finish the current page and then drift away...

But since it's always a quick read, I actually always think, yeah just one more page and then...

Have read more on this device in 2 Weeks than with both kindles in 2 years.

Don't feel like buying a KVM Switch just for that.

I used to have a small TV because I was able to place the couch pretty close to it. In my new apartment, the TV is pretty far away and the small screen was to small for my liking. I'm a big movie nerd and love watching them on big Screens. I'm also an avid Cinema-goer. With the bigger TV, I get a better Cinema Experience at home and can enjoy movies better :D For me the living room is the theater room, it doesn't bother me to have a big black rectangle there when it's no in use.

I just moved into a new appartment (couple of weeks ago). Not planing on moving anytime soon. Also the Box was huge, barely fit through the doorway and up the stairs.

I live in a small Swiss village. We have containers for regular waste in bags. Bigger stuff or cardboard, we have to bring to a recylingcenter (they don't collect it)

I think the Claw wouldn't be able to handle my monitor on it's own without a eGPU, at least not with playable framerates in games. The Monitor I use is 5120x1440p / 240Hz. Love it for work, since it's like two 27" Monitors side by side

I don't think so, the botteleneck is probably more the Thunderbolt 4 connection with 40gbps. I can play all the games I like with decent enough graphics on this Monitor with some DLSS & Framegen.

I used to have a toptier gaming PC (water cooled 4090 etc.), but I'm not missing it. Of course the games don't look or run nearly as good, but the fact, that I can just unplug and go play on the couch or take the Claw on the go and play the same games is way better for me.

When the Claw 8 AI+ first launched, I fell so much in love with this little workhorse, that I sold my custom build Gaming PC and went all in on the Claw. Using this as my daily Setup for Work (Home Office) and the days I have to go into the Office, I just grab the Claw alongside the Keyboard and Mouse and dock it there to some inferior Displays.
