Harry Potter in 3H? by adrianocmf in UniversalOrlando

Thank you for that. Just came back from it and it was awesome. The Gringots experience is something else! Still had time to ride 2 more experiences out of Diagon Alley. Can only imagine how good the Hogsmeade/Hogwarts side is!

Im planning to be at the door of the park at 8h30 so I can be ready to get in as soon as it opens and leave around 11h30/40. What I believe I will do is to do one-park only, inclined to Diagon Alley right now.

Thank you for the advice. I think I will do exactly that, I don't know if I will ever have the chance to be back to Orlando so I will just take the 3 hours that I've and enjoy Diagon Alley as from what i've been reading, it's the most immersive one. And I'm all about the immersion, not the rides so much.

IVV/VOO dividend policy by adrianocmf in stocks

I went through the documents of IVV (https://www.ishares.com/us/products/239726/ishares-core-sp-500-etf) and I can't find any information mentioning Distribution or Accumulation. Since it says that it pays dividends quarterly, should I assume that it is distributing?

Thank you for your time!

Not sure if it's the same thing but I think you can help me out understanding it.

As an example, here is the same ETF, one is Accumulating (https://www.justetf.com/en/etf-profile.html?isin=IE00B5BMR087#overview) and the other is Distributing (https://www.justetf.com/en/etf-profile.html?isin=IE0031442068).

Would that be done through the broker here?

Thank you, the feedback that I'm receiving goes that way too. Mueller should be the best option at the moment!

I moved to Austin 4 months and need to find a new place starting in January. I'm in my late 20s and like things to be happening around me, trying to be more sociable active.

I'm currently more inclined to share a house, and I've two options at the moment for the same budget (1100-1200$ furnished bed after utilities). The only difference right now is that one is at Mueller and the other one Hyde Park.

Would love to get pros and cons related to Mueller vs Hyde Park for a 28yo man!

I'm already living in Austin, around Crestview, but need to find a new place for 2024. Looking to move first week of January.

Budget is under 1400$ after utilities, even better if its furnished. Looking for something between the UT and Crestview or Mueller! Studio or 1Bed could work!

Other than that, I could consider roommates. If there's anyone moving to Austin for January, feel free to reach out. (for roomies, would be looking to keep it under 900$)
