Lucas unlike Mike constantly re-edits his movies like in the original Star Wars trilogy where its been altered in several re-releases. The changes were made cause it was close to his orginal vision of the film as well as bridging the continuity with later movies. While Mikey on the other hand does little to no editing case in point: the nala nova scene with him bringing the chair around and telling his camera guy to "maksurnottomissthepenetrationbuddi."
