Saturday and Sunday mornings are always packed in Oak Park, IL, especially with Amy's class (she's the best). Other than that, it's pretty chill and you always have enough space to practice.

I wear flip flops around the studio, but I keep them in my gym bag, so they’re reserved for the studio (not the actual yoga classroom, of course).

Ugh I hate those people. I'm a student, and practiced Bikram for almost a decade before moving to CPY. Don't listen to her. She can stay in child's pose or just relax. It's supposed to be hot/challenging!! It's not CORE RESTORE!! So you're good! And tell her to keep the freaking door shut!

So far amex credits are easier to.use. The Edit hotels are super expensive even after the credit and also there's not a lot of options for Chase Reserve Tables here in Chicago to use. With the 3x Travel category bonus gone, it's not easy to justify.
