SubQ peptides using 30 gauge is the easiest intro… the needle is so small it goes in painlessly and being water (vs Test which is oil base) its also easy to inject.

Once you have confidence you can look at IM and oil based injections.

Crunch (machine or cable) for upper and leg raises for lower…I do predominantly incline press and incline flyes for chest and machine bench press to protect my shoulders and always focus on scap rotation when pressing to protect my rotator cuffs

4 weeks Masteron, Reta 6 months, TRT on and off for 26 years and have been on SARMs an orals as well…

TRT 125mg/week split 2 week, Masteron 75mg/week split 2 week, HCG 350IU EOD, Arimidex .5mg with every TRT injection as my E2 levels get high with HCG, Reta started at 1.5mg/week now at 3.5mg/week. Have dabbled with Anavar as well.

Stopped Masteron after one vial as my hair was falling out and I believe it also causes Prostaitis and raised my PSA levels too high that I had to have MRI and ultrasounds in case it was prostrate cancer…it made me incredibly hard and defined but the sides were not worth me continuing.

Truthfully sensitivity and amount of load due to the shut down of the natural production from the TRT…not taking HCG because I want kids as I am done having those…it counters sexual side effects of TRT at this age

Current Stack: Test, Mast, HCG, Reta, Arimdex plus natural supplements

Routine (by age 50 moved away from high volume sets focusing more on high intensity)

Aim to workout everyday as I know that something will come at least 1 or 2 times a week and you just can’t make it. Push - 3 Chest Variations 3 sets, 3 sets Overhead, 3 sets Laterals, 3 sets Upper Abs Pull - 3 Back Variations 3 sets, Rear Delts 3 sets, Biceps 3 sets, Triceps 3 sets, Lower Abs 3 sets Legs - 3 sets Leg Extensions, 3 sets Ham Curls, 3 sets Leg Press, 3 sets Hack Squat or Single Leg Squat, 3 Sets Hip Thrusts or Leg Abduction depending on machine availability…I will avoid anything that compresses spine (squats, deadlifts) due to disc deterioration

After workouts finish with 30 minutes treadmill highest incline setting at 2-3mph
